Austin enters Stage 4...what does it mean for us?

It was announced today that Austin and Travis County health officials moved the area to Stage 4 COVID-19 risk-based guidelines due to a spike in case numbers and hospitalizations. So what does that mean here in the office?

While the area is in Stage 4 (or Stage 5), masks will be required for all employees while not at our own workspaces. Simply put, if you are not at your desk (or in your own office alone), you must wear a mask.

The Infectious Disease Control Policy has been updated to reflect this temporary change and will change dynamically based on the stage designation.

The 10-day remote work policy between July 1 and August 15 is still in place and we'll soon release a plan for post August 15.

Stay tuned for additional information. We are evaluating any currently scheduled meetings.
