All Staff Training and Development
These resources and training sessions are designed for all Texas REALTORS® staff to support compliance with association policies and strengthen understanding of our Core Values.
We offer learning opportunities to help staff build skills, enhance knowledge of association operations, and connect with colleagues across the organization.
New Micro-Learning Training Series
Beginning June 8, staff will receive micro-learning modules from KnowBe4 each month. These brief training sessions (less than 10 minutes each) will cover topics such as AI, cybersecurity awareness, remote work best practices, and professional development.
All assigned trainings should be completed by the end of the month in which they are assigned. Click here for the upcoming training schedule schedule, including module launch dates, and watch your inbox for each new release.
