Collaboration Training Opportunity You Won't Want to Miss

ree

We recently rolled out Texas REALTORS® Core Value statements to help guide how we interact with one another and maximize our experience within the organization. Those core values include:

  • Service: We continually strive to add value to membership in Texas REALTORS® and view our service through the eyes of our members.

  • Collaboration: We work together across the organization with an open mind to help each other succeed and create better outcomes.

  • Ownership: We get things done. Mistakes happen. We own it and make it better.

  • Integrity: We interact with honesty and an assumption of best intentions.

  • Respect: We value all people and ideas. We treat each other in a professional and respectful manner.

Living these core values isn’t always easy and can lead to conflict, especially when in comes to collaboration and respect. Disagreements are inevitable and can lead to one of two outcomes: healthy discussion that can lead to innovation and better outcomes or festering problems that lead to disengagement and resentment. Learning how to manage constructive conflict can make the difference in determining which path we go down.

In our first training series offering, we’re teaming with Karen Albritton of Thinc Strategies to lead us through a one-hour workshop on Crucial Conversations to walk us through effective collaboration and conflict resolution strategies that can lead to superior outcomes.

This workshop will be offered via Zoom on two separate occasions to provide flexibility. It is not mandatory for all staff, but highly encouraged. You do not need to attend both sessions, as they will be the same program. Here are the links to register for each of the offerings. Hope to see you there.
