A round of congratulations goes out to several members of the team who earned new job titles and added responsibilities following the recent performance review process.
In our Legal Affairs Department, David Jones was promoted to Deputy General Counsel and Robin Harris was named Senior Associate Counsel, both enhancing their roles in the service as legal counsel to Texas REALTORS®.
Seth Juergens was promoted to Associate Policy Director in the Governmental Affairs Department as his role has been enhanced as a member of the lobby team during the legislative session and his responsibilities related to development of the association's public policy priorities are heightened.
Ward Lowe, on our Marketing & Communications team, was named as Director of Marketing Technology, reflecting his increased responsibilities managing the apps and systems Texas REALTORS® uses to communicate with members and the public, such as marketing automation platforms, online media, event apps, and more.
In our Accounting Department, Katie Stefano has advanced to Accounting Specialist. She is still the point person for Accounts Payable and expense reports (don't worry, her famous star awards aren't going anywhere,) but her expanded duties include being the Expensify manager and trainer, acting as backup for Accounts Receivable, and engaging in new analytical projects.
And an overdue congratulations to Josh Banks on his new title as well. Last year, Josh was named Graphic Design Manager to better reflect his role in creative project management for Texas REALTORS® magazine and all photography needs.
This all of course is in addition to the moves made related to the previously-mentioned reorganization last year of the department now known as Association and Member Development, with Jon Houser moving to Director, Denise O'Brien moving to Board Services Manager and Jazz Lough taking the role of Training & Development Program Manager.
Congratulations to all and thank you for your continued and enhanced service to Texas REALTORS®.
