Congratulations are in order

A few promotions to announce. A big congratulations to Emma VanDelinder and Michelle Gutierrez on promotions and Lily Neal on moving to a new position.

Emma VanDelinder has been promoted to Global, Commercial & Diversity Program Manager. In this role, Emma will take on additional responsibilities with the department’s programs that facilitate the success of our members engaged in commercial and global real estate, and young industry professionals, in addition to serving all Texas REALTORS® through the department’s work in diversity, equity and inclusion.

Michelle Gutierrez has been promoted to MBM (Multi-Board Management) Program Manager, where she will now have more responsibility in developing and enhancing the value of Texas REALTORS® services to our 14 MBM boards across the state. Through the program, Texas REALTORS serves as the manager, or the equivalent of an Association Executive (AE), for participating local associations.

Lily Neal has accepted a position in a new role for her as Professional Standards Coordinator. In this role, she and Melanie Reynolds work as a team to support the professional standards programs of the association and help to raise the bar on professionalism within the industry. Texas REALTORS® processes ethics complaints and arbitration requests statewide on behalf of all 74 local associations. It's quite a load! Congratulations Lily and best of luck in your new role.
