Congratulations to Seth Juergens! 🎉

Please join us in congratulating Seth Juergens in our Governmental Affairs Department on his promotion to Director of Regulatory Affairs!

Seth has been a valued member of the Texas REALTORS® team for a little over five years, and we are excited to see him step into this expanded leadership role.

As Director of Regulatory Affairs, Seth will broaden Texas REALTORS®' governmental affairs efforts by increasing our presence in the regulatory space at the state level. His responsibilities will include building and strengthening relationships with agency staff and monitoring regulatory rulemaking that may impact our business, our members, and private property rights. This work may involve rulemaking initiated directly by state agencies or actions directed by the Legislature.

In addition to these new responsibilities, Seth will continue his important work advocating on behalf of Texas REALTORS® at the State Capitol and collaborating closely with our Public Policy, TREPAC, and Political Affairs teams on a daily basis.
