Get your flu shot on October 11

We will be hosting our annual Flu Shot Clinic on Monday, October 11, between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, at the office in the Grande Conference room, located on the south end of the building. There will be a few signs to help point you in the right direction.

You will need to bring your driver’s license or state ID and insurance card. If you would like to get the B-12 shot, the cost is $25.00. You can pay by check, cash, or credit card. The cost of the flu shot is $45 if you do NOT have insurance.
