Important: Please complete the Energage Survey

Monday, July 17, all staff members who have been here more than a month or so, should have received an email from "Energage Survey" pointing you to our annual employee engagement survey. This would have come in around 9:00a, so if you did not receive it, please check your SPAM folders to see if it got caught there.

The survey truly only takes about 5 minutes to complete and it is very important that we have full participation from everyone in all departments. Your answers are anonymous, even in small departments. How? Small department answers are aggregated and not identifiable by department. We just want true and honest feedback from everyone.

Why? Your feedback greatly influences decisions on collaboration, benefits, areas of improvement, and more. Travis and the VP team carefully analyze the feedback to take actions that enhance our already outstanding work environment, as proven by our four consecutive Best Places to Work awards.

Did you know that our set of Core Values came as a result of our first Energage survey? Your feedback suggested that it wasn't clear that the organization operated by a set of values. While it did operate by a set of values, that obviously wasn't being clearly communicated to all of us. Thus, as a group, we established a clear set of expectations that we all operate by.
