The Budget & Finance Committee recently approved a proposal to provide for external, illuminated signage for the Texas REALTORS® Building. The signage will modernize the exterior of the building and provide for high visibility of the Texas REALTORS® brand. The signage, illustrated below, will be installed on the building’s west and north façades, providing high visibility to those traveling south on San Jacinto Blvd., those parking in the State Capitol Visitors Parking Garage on 12th St., and from the State Capitol.

Installation is scheduled to conclude by mid-January (maybe sooner.) coinciding with the beginning of the legislative session and certainly in time for the 2023 Texas REALTORS® Day at the Capitol and NAR Riding with the Brand event.
