Make sure your voice is heard

Recently, we announced the opening of our annual employee engagement survey. This survey serves a critical purpose in allowing management to receive candid and confidential feedback about the culture of the organization and how we do business. Past surveys have directly led to new initiatives to enhance our team work and culture-shaping policies, including the creation of our Core Values and compensation structure. Every comment is read and considered and all are strictly confidential.

Participation in the survey also puts us in the running to be considered as a Top Workplace in Austin by the Austin American-Statesman.

The survey closes tomorrow, Friday, June 4. If you haven't already, please find the reminder that was sent to you yesterday by Energage and complete the survey today.

Note that if you were hired since March 1, you did not receive an invitation to participate. We do this every year, so we look forward to including you next time around.
