New online form to request contract review

To streamline the process of requesting a legal review of a vendor contract, we have created an online submission form. The form includes details about the contract and other important information needed to review the contract. Please provide as much information as possible when initially requesting review. This will make the review process more efficient.

Please note: One question asks if you want the legal department to send the contract out for e-signatures. If yes, please include the name and email address of the signers of the contract. Additional boxes will appear to insert your answer when you select “yes” for this question.
