New RVP Development Program

2 min read

We’re excited to introduce the RVP Development Program, a new initiative designed to

provide Regional Vice Presidents with resources, connections, and support throughout their service.

As part of the new Regional Team concept, RVPs will serve as leaders of their regional teams, working alongside AEs, incoming leaders, local associations, volunteer leaders, and other regional stakeholders. Because these relationships span multiple areas of Texas REALTORS®, the program will also help strengthen collaboration and connections between RVPs and staff across departments.

We’re excited to share our first two deliverables as part of the program:

RVP Leadership Handbook

The RVP Leadership Handbook serves as a go-to resource with helpful information, guidance, and key resources related to the RVP role.

Regional Contact List

Strong regional leadership starts with strong connections. The Regional Contact List brings together key stakeholders by region, making it easier to identify and connect with the people and resources in each area.

This list may be especially helpful for staff who work with local associations, volunteer leaders, or regional contacts.

What's Ahead

These resources are just the beginning. As the RVP Development Program continues to grow, additional opportunities and resources will be developed, including:

  • Webinars featuring timely information and helpful conversations

  • Regional meet-and-greets to strengthen relationships

  • Opportunities to connect RVPs with AEs and incoming leaders

  • Additional resources to support RVPs throughout their service

We look forward to continuing to build this program and strengthen the connections between our RVPs, local associations, volunteer leaders, and Texas REALTORS® staff.

Be sure to visit the RVP webpage to find the latest resources, updates, and upcoming opportunities available to our RVPs.
