Reminder - All-Staff Strategic Plan Update tomorrow

As a reminder, tomorrow, March 25 at 2:00p, we will be hosting a Zoom session to discuss the association's strategic plan...not the current plan, but the plan that will be created when the Strategic Planning Committee meets for two days next week.

This is your opportunity to provide input into what you think should definitely be in the association's next plan, what should not be in the plan and just general feedback that your VP's and CEO can take with us to the planning session. So give it some thought and be ready to provide your feedback. Think about what are the most critical things we do at Texas REALTORS, what should we stop doing, what are we not doing that we should be? Remember the plan is high-level, not tactical, and is member and consumer-facing, not internal.
