Stay Healthy this Season: Join Our Annual Flu Shot Clinic!

Join us for our annual flu shot clinic on Wednesday, October 4th, in the GCM (President’s) Room from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

This clinic is open to staff and family members, including children aged 9 and up. If you have BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD or UNITED HEALTHCARE, there's no charge for the flu shot; please remember to bring your insurance card with you to the clinic. For those not covered by BCBS or UHC, the cost is $40 payable by cash or check to Flu Busters.

Don't forget to fill out the Consent Form and bring it with you on the day of the shot. We look forward to ensuring a healthy season together.
