Well-deserved kudos to a team member

Service is the first of our 5 Core Values at Texas REALTORS®. It's great to see it in action as we do every day across this great organization. It's also great hearing its impact from folks outside the organization.

Today we received the message below from the AE of the Amarillo Association of REALTORS® and we had to share it and give a shout out to Monique Hurd. It's a testament to all the great work that our team does...sometimes it results in external recognition, sometimes not...but it's great, meaningful and impactful work nonetheless. Thanks to Monique and thanks to the entire team.

"I wanted to share with you my comments on the exceptional service I received from Monique. You may or may not be aware, but my Education Director left in May and I haven't found anyone (yet) to fill the position. My staff and I processed our first CE class yesterday and had many questions.

My Association has notebooks on how to process classes, the TR Cart, etc., but until you actually start the process you don't really know what you don't know. Monique walked us through each step, corrected one of our mistakes, and provided us exceptional service. She was very kind and patient.

In addition, yesterday she was the Texas REALTORS building tour guide for the Region 1 TRLP class. The members/staff enjoyed her tour very much."
