A big Texas REALTORS® welcome to Ashlee Quick

We've been seeing some new faces around the office lately. We're excited to introduce you to the newest. Welcome Ashlee Quick who started Monday, August 29, as Political Affairs Specialist in the governmental Affairs Department. Ashlee brings a wealth of experience, including political, legislative and association experience, to the position,,,all of which will serve her well as she helps the team with all facets of our grassroots and political engagement efforts. Ashlee hit the ground running and already feels like a part of the team. Here are a few fun facts Ashlee shared with us:

• Raised in Austin, Texas

• Proud Fightin’ Texas Aggie;

• Loves to wake surf;

• Once had a pet duck named Stanley;

• Use to try and sneak home baby birds that fell out of their nest in Starbucks coffee cups so she could syringe-feed them to health. The chirping always gave it away, but her parents still let her take care of them (after a moderately stern lecture);

• Once won an ax throwing competition … and a bocci ball tournament;

• Enjoys long walks on the beach, majestical sunsets, and whiskey…. also tequila;

• Still makes fun of her brother for wanting to be a muffin man as a child;

• She's a Public notary;

• Overly excited about Excel ;

• She's an official Lady of the Principality of Sealand (if you’ve never heard of it, she highly recommends you use the Google);

• Favorite color is neon black.
