IT Office Hours: A New Way to Connect with IT!

Have an IT question, need help with a technology issue, or have an idea you’d like to discuss? IT Office Hours are a new, informal way to connect directly with our IT team.

👩‍💻What Are IT Office Hours?

IT Office Hours give staff a dedicated time each week to connect with IT in an easy, accessible, and informal way—especially when you have a question or idea that may not require a formal support ticket. 

Bring your questions, troubleshooting needs, ideas, or anything related to technology. It’s simply another way to get help and talk directly with IT while creating a more open and approachable channel for communication.

Mondays, beginning September 21st from 1:00–2:30 p.m. Virtual via Zoom Here

The initial pilot will run for 6–8 weeks. We’ll use staff participation and feedback to determine the best format and frequency moving forward.
