🔨 It's Hammer Time! 🔨

All staff are invited to join us on Friday, June 12, for one last visit to the office before construction begins. Come say goodbye to the space, leave your mark, and be part of this memorable milestone! 

When: Friday, June 12 

Time: Arrive between 12:00 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. 

Where: Texas REALTORS® Headquarters 

This will be a very casual and informal gathering. The office is now completely empty so there's no furniture, refrigerator, or office equipment remaining as we prepare for official construction to begin on Monday, June 15. ⚒️

Feel free to bring your own hammer if you'd like to participate in the ceremonial "first swings." Please note that this is intended to be a fun, symbolic activity only. We'll leave the actual demolition work to the contractors since utilities are still active and we want to avoid any real damage. 🔨

Not interested in swinging a hammer? No problem! We'll also have markers available so you can write a message, memory, or farewell note on the walls before they're torn down. 🖍️

A few notes: 

• Parking will still be available on P1. 

• MarComm will be onsite taking photos and video. 

• Participation is completely voluntary. 

• If you choose to swing a hammer, please do so carefully and at your own risk. 

This is simply a chance to gather together, celebrate the memories made in this building, and say goodbye one last time before the next chapter begins.
