Let's Welcome K.C. to Texas REALTORS®!

K.C. Bumpas joined the TREPAC team at Texas REALTORS® on March 10, 2025. She is excited to bring her passion and experience to the team and looks forward to supporting Texas REALTORS®' advocacy efforts. With a strong background in building connections and a love for engaging with others, she is eager to contribute to the success of TREPAC.

• K.C. Bumpas grew up in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and moved frequently as a child, which contributed to an outgoing personality and the ability to connect easily with others.

• She has been happily married to her husband, Dave, for nearly 29 years, the result of what they consider the most successful blind date in history.

• They have two children:

  • Jack, 22, who has a passion for baseball, fast cars, and traveling.

  • Paige, soon to be 19, who is studying Communications at Texas State and enjoying her college experience.

• The family shares a love for attending sporting events and was thrilled to witness Game 1 of the Texas Rangers' World Series appearance, an unforgettable experience.

• Over the years, they have enjoyed cheering for Jack on the baseball mound and Paige on the volleyball court.

• Traveling is another shared passion, with past trips to Florida, Oregon, Colorado, New York, and most recently, Hawaii, where they visited K.C.’s father’s family on the Big Island.

• They also enjoy live music, golfing, and spending quality time together.

• Now that their nest is empty, K.C. and Dave are excited to embrace this new chapter by traveling more, enjoying live music, and making the most of their time together.
