Welcome to a new team member we will all get to know well!

Let's all give a warm Texas REALTORS® welcome to our newest team member, one that we will no doubt all become well-acquainted with. Brandon Hooper joined the Information Technology team and Texas REALTORS® Family on September 6 as the new Technology Support Specialist where he will focus on providing friendly and effective customer service and technical support for association staff relating to computer hardware or software devices. Computer not working right? Printer not connected? Can't get on the network? Submit a helpdesk ticket and Brandon will most likely be the one to come help you out.

Here are some fun facts that Brandon shared with us to help us get to know him:

• I was born and raised in Deridder, LA but I have lived all over Louisiana and very familiar with the state;

• I moved to Austin about 3 years ago and since then I have moved out to Manor. I love Austin and it has been my favorite city I have lived in so far ;

• I enjoy playing video games. I have played just about anything and everything there is out there;

• I love cooking meat. I love eating meat. I love talking about cooking and eating meat;

• I like to collect things…old historical items, action figures, toys, games, coins, etc.;

• I have a 3D printer I enjoy making figurines, functional small mechanical items, and other cool stuff;

• I love the winter and snow. Winter is my favorite time of year. I try to make a trip to Colorado every year or two to go snowboarding;

• I enjoy hunting and shooting targets at medium to long distances;

• I have a pretty serious addiction to Coca-Cola;

• I like to be outdoors when it is below 90°. Above 90° I’ll be inside enjoying the air-conditioning;

• I love ANYTHING space. I like to read up on current and future events. I have a telescope that I have taken some really good images of the moon and of some planets. Not the best but I’m proud of them.
