Welcome to the team, Cara!

We love welcoming new team members to the Texas REALTORS® Family! Today, meet Cara Cate. Cara's been with us for a couple of weeks now, having started on October 17 as Administrative Assistant in our Legal Affairs department where she will work alongside Lori Levy and the team. Cara will also serve as back-up at the front desk when Stephanie is away, so let's make sure and help her get to know who we are and what we all do to serve Texas REALTORS® members.

Here are a few fun facts Cara shared with us!

• I am a native Texan.

• I graduated from Texas Tech. I am not a Texas Longhorn fan.

• I prefer to be outside. I enjoy hiking, biking, camping, and swimming.

• I love animals and have a dog named Chewie.

• My passion is traveling. My next destinations are Ensenada and Thailand.

• I enjoy cooking and trying new foods. I am a rolodex of places to try if you need a suggestion.

• I have approximately 50 plants.

• I enjoy local events. I love to check out markets, art shows, live music, museums, and parks. The last event I went to was Quesoff. So much queso!
